Customized gifts are always extra special to me. There is that personal touch and extra thought that you can tell went into them! Day 8 is actually a friend of mine local to where I live that decided to take the leap into starting up a new business - Calligraphy Courtney! This is such an exciting time for her new business venture as it is her first Christmas season.
She decided to try her hand at calligraphy as she worked on projects for her upcoming wedding, and turns our she's really freakin' good at it!! This is what kick started her business. She has been working on anything you can think of, table numbers, wedding signage, and for the Christmas season- tree ornaments and personalized gift tags.
I ordered two tree ornaments from her this year, one with our fur baby's name on a cute acrylic dog bone shaped ornament. Here's a picture of the result:
Adorable, right?! I also had her make one for my mother in law in memory of her very special lab retriever that crossed the rainbow bridge a few years ago. She actually teared up when she opened it she loved it SO much! The possibilities of what she can write or create are endless, and it doesn't stop at Christmas items. She has mirrors and signage that can be rented for seating charts, etc, at weddings and gatherings (when permitted again).
